Our unique approach to these consultations is always through a “zoom out” lens. Instead of the focus being on what should be ‘treated’ or ‘fixed’, Hayley will guide you through what’s going on at all four layers of ageing and create a bespoke treatment plan based on your individual concerns. Regardless of your age, these changes happen to us all but the treatment regime should never be a ‘one size fits all’.
We allocate an hour of Hayley’s time for these informal consultations because we know how valuable they are and because we are passionate about education. At the end of the session you will leave with a detailed treatment plan with you at the helm as ‘director of operations’! We know you’ll be excited about starting your aesthetic journey with us.
Originally from Scotland, Hayley has over 20 years’ experience in medical sales, training and education.
Her inauguration to the Medical Aesthetic sector came with a role as Business Development Manager at Allergan Australia (Botox and Juvederm), where her clinical expertise and extensive anatomical knowledge made her one of the most highly-regarded and sought-after clinical trainers in the industry.
Since 2018, Hayley has incorporated her passion for education within the anti-ageing sector, by hands on treatment of our patients with an Ultraformer (TM) device, and in 2019, co-founded The Aesthetic School with Jo Hannah.
She offers advice, education and treatment plan through our specialised ‘Aesthetic Concierge’ service.
My team and I strongly believe in education and natural results – we couple this with excellent aftercare and follow up.
